Thoufeer Ali is a certified calisthenics coach, yoga practitioner and boxing trainer — and the founder of Fitness Thai, Kerala's original movement training center. He coaches every batch himself across all four branches.
Fitness Thai was born from a gap Thoufeer Ali could not ignore — Kerala had gyms, but no dedicated movement training center. He built one. Now, across 4 branches, the same philosophy runs: movement is a skill, not a routine, and every person who walks in can master it regardless of their starting point.

Every class is designed around movement — not just lifting, not just cardio. Train one discipline or rotate across all of them. Most regulars do both.

Bodyweight strength — pull-ups, dips, handstands, muscle-up progressions, planche and flag work. Coached personally by certified calisthenics coach Thoufeer Ali.
Pure boxing fundamentals — stance, jab-cross, footwork, head movement, bag work and pad work. Outstanding cardio and coordination builder.
Functional yoga sequencing that builds active flexibility, breath control and recovery capacity. Pairs directly with every other class in the program.
Real-world strength programming — carries, presses, pull patterns, core stability and metabolic conditioning. Builds the base for everything else.
A structured movement program for kids — coordination, agility, fundamental movement skills and confidence. Builds the athletic base for life.
Thoufeer Ali's dedicated fighter program — boxing technique, conditioning and fight-specific movement for athletes pursuing competitive bouts.
