Thoufeer Ali holds formal certification as a calisthenics coach — the discipline that forms the technical backbone of Fitness Thai's program. He is also trained in yoga (with a focus on functional flexibility and breath work) and boxing (technique, conditioning, pad work and sparring methodology).
His approach doesn't silo these disciplines. Movement training, as practiced at Fitness Thai, draws on all three: the body-awareness of yoga, the bodyweight mastery of calisthenics, and the coordination and output demand of boxing.

Entry is by assessment. Coach Ali evaluates each candidate personally before placing them in the fighter program, ensuring every athlete on the competition track is genuinely prepared for it.
