Our signature class — locomotion, ground movement, joint mobility. 60 minutes. All levels.

Calisthenics

Bodyweight strength — pull-ups, dips, handstands, progressions. 60 min. Beg to Adv.

Boxing

Stance, footwork, combinations, pad work. 45 min. All levels — Beg and Int batches.

Yoga & Mobility

Functional yoga and active flexibility. 60 min. Great standalone or as recovery for other classes.

Kids Movement

Ages 5–10 and 10–15. Coordination, agility, fundamentals. 45 min. Available most branches.

Functional Fitness

Strength programming — carries, pulls, core, conditioning. 45 min. Complements all other classes.
